The merger filing fees is ₦50,000 per merging entity.The processing fee schedule are as follows:
0.3% of the First 500million, 0.225% of the Next 500million and 0.15% of Any sum thereafter of the valuable consideration.
The Expedited fee for Foreign-to-Foreign merger are as follows:
A merger with combined turnover of ₦1 billion and above is ₦3,000,000.00 or 0.1% of the combined turnover, whichever is higher.
A merger where the target undertaking has turnover of up to ₦500 million and between ₦1 billion is ₦2,000,000.00.
