How long does it take to process a merger?
Small mergers are processed within 20 business days after the parties to a small merger have fulfilled the notification requirement and may be extended by a single period not exceeding 40 business days.
Large mergers are processed within 60 business days after the parties to a Large merger have fulfilled the notification requirement and may be extended to 120 business days.
Large mergers are processed within 60 business days after the parties to a Large merger have fulfilled the notification requirement and may be extended to 120 business days.
